Peewee Sailors traveled to Paris Ontario with 400 other young players with
orange tape on their hockey sticks to participate in the PMHA Wollfpack
tournament renamed this year as The Lisa Dalpe Memorial Tournament.

Goderich traveled to Listowel Monday night to face off against the
Cyclones. The Sailors dominated the hi scoring 14-0 affair with superior skill
but not superior effort. Kudos to the Listowel team. They played hard with
hustle and heart, never giving up from the 1st face off to the closing minutes
of the 3rd despite being down by a lopsided score.

hosted the Seaforth Stars Saturday at the Maitland Recreational Centre. The
Sailors dominated this hi scoring game from the 1st whistle, three of them
having a four point game with 8 different goal scorers.

In the first game, Goderich hosted the Mitchell Meteors at the Memorial Arena
Sunday November 22. The game started out a close match with lots of back and
forth action, the defence doing a good job at both ends of the ice keeping
either team from generating many scoring opportunities.

Saturday
morning the Sailors opened against Dorchester, the eventual tournament winner. With nice goals from Luke and Eric, a slap shot from the hash marks by Aiden, and a
multitude of amazing saves by Ben, we saw the Sailors hand Dorchester their only
loss of the tournament 3-2.

The Sailors controlled this game, with most of the play in the Crusader end, but the
Blyth-Brussels team had great goaltending and a strong defence with lots of
hustle keeping continuous pressure on the Sailors. They forced quick shots
through traffic and the boys just couldn't find the net.
