Bantam Rep, U15, 2013-2014 (Goderich Minor Hockey)

The LH Jenkins Bantam Rep Sailors finished their season off in style by capturing the WOAA Grand Championship title with a 5-1 victory over the South Bruce Monarchs. In a 4 point sweep of the current International Silver Stick and OMHA Champs, the boys proved to many that they have the passion, desire and talent to be called "Champions"!

After finishing 8-0 in WOAA round robin playoff action, the Rep Sailors will now be facing a very talented South Bruce team in the Championship finals. With these 2 teams posting very impressive win/loss records for the year, along with tying their 2 regular season match ups, the finals will hopefully provide some very exciting Bantam hockey action. Game 1 will take place Monday, March 24th at 8 pm in Mildmay.

The L.H. Jenkins Bantam Rep squad participated in the 34th Annual Clinton Optimist Bantam tournament which took place from November 29 - December 2nd. With an 10 team format, getting to the final meant winning their own division, playing the 1st place team from the next division and then facing the 1st place team from the only 4 team division for the Championship.

Hi Bantam Rep team The game tonight in Mildmay is CANCELLED due to weather.  There is a team practice on Wednesday 10 pm at the MRC.

On November 9th & 10th, the team attended the 25th annual Bill Batten Memorial tournament in Exeter. Eight teams were entered at the Bantam level. Therefore, 2 groups of 4 teams were established to compete in a round robin format. Within the round robin, our boys were grouped with the 11-1-2 South Huron Sabres, the 7-0-0 Ilderton Jets and the WOAA league leading BCH Ice Dogs.
