Another win...
The Pee Wee Rep Sailors won a tight contest against the Mitchell Meteors on Tuesday, December 22 in Mitchell. There was no scoring in the first period, and goalie Jordan Johnson was able to breathe easy with only 2 shots on net. Both sides played a hard offensive game in the second, but were quite evenly matched. Still no scoring heading into the third. Finally, with 2:06 left in the third, Mitchell shot one in to put them up 1 - 0. The Sailors went into high gear and Kody Langlois tied it up on a nice pass from Jarred Bakker with 41 seconds left in the game. Never giving up, and with only 16 seconds left, Mason Nurse found Ian Simpson in the open, and Simpson popped it in for a 2 - 1 final score.
