Leading After Round Robin Play
In Game #3 of the Young Canada Week Tournament, the Pee Wee Rep Sailors faced off against the New Hamburg Huskies Sunday afternoon at 2:20.

New Hamburg opened the scoring at 3:41, and the Sailors found themselves scrambling due to the speed and intensity of these new opponents. After determining what was required, the Sailors shifted into high gear in the second period. Dominic Burbine scored at 9:40 on a nice pass from Evan Guest, to even the score at one apiece. A few seconds later the Huskies replied with another goal, putting them up by one. At 6:26, Sailor Steve De Jager took advantage of a breakaway and roofed a beauty to even the score once again, 2-2. Just a few minutes later, Burbine notched two more goals for the hat trick to put the Sailors up 4-2. The Huskies managed to squeeze one in before the period was over, to make it 4-3 Sailors heading into the third. The last period displayed the Goderich team's formidable penalty killing and passing skills. They protected goalie Jordan Johnson at all costs. With 2 minutes left in the game, the New Hamburg team pulled their goalie and added the extra attacker to get back in the game, and succeeded to tie it up with 1:00 left. With this tie game, the Sailors remain in first place and move on to the semi-final game Monday morning.
