Atom Sailorettes are Silver Stick Champions
For the second year in a row, the Mcgeemotors.ca Atom Sailorettes have won the Saugeen Shores Regional Silver Stick Championship.
The girls won the Atom "B" title going undefeated throughout the tournament. The Sailorettes defeated Walkerton 3-2, Mitchell 5-0 and Walkerton again in the final game, 3-0. They played well as a team and executed exceptional passing and team play.
They will attend the International Silver Stick Championship in Trenton, Ontario February 13-15, 2009.
