On January 6th the McGeemotors.ca Atom girls hosted Howick at the Goderich and District Community Centre. The Sailorettes took an early lead and didn’t look back, going on to win the game 11-0.
All the girls played a solid game and goal tenders Kaitlyn Chagnon and Haley Bowman shared the shut out.
High scorer for the day was Hailey Bakker with a hat trick. Courtney Gardiner and Megan Johnston each had two goals a piece. Also scoring for the Sailorettes were Madison Mclean, Kayla McCabe, Amy Willis and Ashley Bakker. Assists went to Becky Higgs, Kayla McCabe, Hailey Bakker, Katelyn McGee and Megan Johnston.
