Strong Teamwork Pays Off Big!
November 24 – Tiverton
Thunder at Goderich Sailors. The Sailors showed huge
improvement in their individual skills and ability to work together as a team
against the Tiverton Thunder. The
first two periods were relatively even and ended 3-2 for the Sailors - with 2
goals by Ryan and 1 by Curtis (with assists from Connor, Joey and Remi). The Sailors then became a scoring
powerhouse in the third period with 7 more goals! When it was all said and done, Remi landed 5 goals in the
game, Ryan got a hat trick and Curtis got 2 goals. Other assists of the game went to Adrien, Ciaran, Curtis,
Paige, Brendan, Aiden, Cody and 3 for Jack!
Tyler made a number of great saves and the defense lines kept things moving in the right direction to break out of their end. All the kids played a strong game with superb passing, shooting and teamwork. Go Sailors Go!
