Bantam Rep Sailors, 2009-2010 (Goderich Minor Hockey)

The SCI Bantam Rep finished their league season losing the WOAA Cruickshank Finals 2 games to 1 to an evenly matched TCDMHA Rebels team.

As everyone is aware, the Bantam Rep team has committed to the Lions Club to do all the timekeeping for Young Canada Week.  Attached you will find the schedule.  The Lions Club is counting on us so make sure you show up for your designated times.  Please note, if it says you are timekeeping from 8:30am to 1:10pm, that means your first game starts at 8:30am and your last game starts at 1:10pm.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start.

The SCI Bantam Rep Sailors have been hit hard by the injury bug but continue to persevere in WOAA Group playoffs, going 3-0 to date in round robin play, beating Mitchell 2-0 and Saugeen Shores, with back to back OT wins of 5-4 and 4-3 respectively.. Despite going undefeated in regular season play and clinching the #1 spot, they were eliminated in the first round of OMHA playoffs by Listowel in 3 games.

The Bantam Rep team travelled to Glencoe, Ontario on Oct 24th and 25th, 2009 to participate in the 14th Annual Glencoe Ice Cats Tournament. Despite a great showing, they failed to advance to the medal round.

The Bantam Rep Sailors won their season debut at the MRC on Thurs Oct 1/09 against their Hwy 21 rival, the Kincardine Kinucks.
