Novice Garb and Gear Sailors Work Hard for a Win
On Tuesday evening sailors hosted the BCH Bulldogs 1 team.
It was an exciting game with lots of end to end play.
The first period remained scoreless.
Finally in the last 23 seconds of the second Evan assisted by Mason put us on the board to take a 1-0 lead.
Third period continued to be full of excitement for the fans and in the last 25 seconds of the game BCH was able to get one past Jakob to tie the game.
Sailors didn’t give up and proved that good things can happen when you shoot the puck on the net.
With 8 seconds remaining, Logan shot the puck on net where it hit the defensive players skate and deflected into the BCH net to make the final score 2-1.
Great team effort from everyone.
