Close Battle with the BCH Ice Dogs-#2!

The well matched Sailors and BCH Ice Dogs resulted in an
exciting back and forth game with strong efforts by both teams. BCH pulled out ahead of the Sailors
with a 2-0 lead in the first half of the game. Goderich closed the distance with two back-to-back goals to
tie things up going into the third period. The third period was an action packed nail-biter with numerous chances for
both teams. Bryson displayed some
amazing goal-tending to shutdown all but one of BCH’s attempts to score. Great defense and offense throughout
the third period (and particularly during the last two minutes of play) came
close to tying up the game with numerous near chances for the Sailors.
In the end BCH captured a 3-2 win – however, fans of both teams commented that the game was way more exciting (and better) than the Canada–Russia game the night before!
