Development Program, 2010-2011 (Goderich Minor Hockey)

GMHI has generously decided that pizza and ice cream will be served this year! The time is 5:30 pm on Wednesday March 23 and the place is Goderich Public School. Parents are welcome to eat too ( until the pizza runs out ). If you still have a hockey jersey to hand in, bring it on Wednesday. Our regular blue and red players are entered in Lucknow's Senior Tyke Tournament this Saturday March 5 in Lucknow. The cost is $15 per player. The first game is at 12:00 noon. Then depending on wins or losses, the games are either 3:00pm or 4:00pm and then either 5:00pm or 6:00pm. Please have your player in the dressing room, ready to go 30 minutes before game time. Also, if you haven't yet paid the $15, please do so.

Due to Novice Playoffs, we will practise Saturday February 12 at 3:00 pm at the Maitland Recreation Centre. I hope that you can all be there for the big ice! This means that we will not practise on Tuesday February 15th. We will resume again as normal on Thursday the 17th.

The Goderich Blue team for the Wallace tournament will now only play two games on Sunday. The game times are the original 9:30 am and 11:40 am. The convenor was only able to offer a third game at 5:40 pm or a partial return of the entry fee. Although he didn't specify the amount to be returned, I decided that a five hour wait time between games was probably longer than what most of you would want. Due to the weather, Goderich Blue's Wallace Fun Days game for Friday January 21st will not take place tonight. The convenor will try to reschedule the game to Sunday. As soon as a time is known, it will be posted here. At present, the other game times scheduled for Sunday remain unchanged.
