**Please remember that this is your date to run the gate and provide the snack/drinks for the boys. If you have a conflict with your assigned date, it is your responsibility to trade with another family.
Please ensure that you are at the game 1 hour prior to game time to set up the gate.
Each family is responsible for donating 17 gatorade and a bag of chips/cookies/snack for each player.
Players are then able to purchase their drink and snack for $1 total for both items.
