Pee Wee LL opens their season to a 5-2 win
The first game of the season was a successful one for the Canadian Tire Pee Wee LL. They opened the scoring at 4:04 of the first period. The goal went to Jason Leitch assisted by Adam Prouse and Tyler Portier. BCH got their first goal in the second period to tie the game and a second to put them ahead but with six seconds left of the second period Michael Peterson scored unassisted to tie the game. In the third period the game was all sailors. Austin Gardiner opened the scoring unassisted barely a minute into the third followed by Michael Peterson and Jake Moulton. Assists went to Tyler Portier and Jesse Brown. A great effort was put forth by all team members to make this game a successful one.
