As per the OHF/OMHA risk management policy, all volunteers and bench staff for Minor Hockey Associations are required to have a Vulnerable Sector Check completed.
Process:
1st year - complete VSC
2nd year - signed declaration
3rd year - signed declaration
Every 3 years a new VSC must be completed.
The Vulnerable Sector Check
performed by the OPP is free for volunteers - The "Request for VSC" letter provided below must be submitted online at the time of your application. Please ensure that you select 'volunteer' when applying.
