Welcome to the PeeWee Rep team page for the 2010-11 season. Any players attending tryouts are required to submit a completed and signed copy of the Goderich Minor Hockey Code of Conduct as well as the Medical Information Sheet. These forms are both available for you to print off under the Online Library tab on the GMHI homepage and then you click on forms and then the form you need. These forms need to be filled out before your child can go on the ice this season.
Also please allow enough time prior to tryout sessions to register and have a jersey assigned to each player. Punctuality will be measured as part of your overall player assessments.
