TOURNAMENT RULES
1. All teams must be ready to go on the ice 15 minutes before scheduled time.
2. Each team is guaranteed 3 games.
3. Games during regular tournament play:
10-10-12 (U13 Division)
10-10-15 (U15 and U18 Divisions)
4. Each team allowed one 30 second timeout
5. Straight time if 5 goal differential. If brought back to less than 5 stop time again.
6. OMHA approved rosters and Travel Permits must be presented to the Tournament Convener before your first game.
7. All OMHA rules apply. Tournament convener’s decision is final.
8. Points are awarded as follows:
a. 2 pts for a win
b. 1 pt for a tie
c. 0 pts for a loss.
d. No OT in regular tournament play
9. Tie breaker rules:
A. Head to Head
B. Goals for % (as calculated on the website standings)
C. Goals against
D. Least penalty minutes (as per OMHA which may differ from total minutes on Gamesheet)
R. Flip of a Coin
10. Overtime for “Finals” games will consist of 5 min sudden victory with 3 skaters plus goalie per side. Play until we have a winner.
