Sailors Get the "W” in Battle Against Central Perth
The Goderich PeeWee Scotiabank LL2 team garnered their 6th
win in a row with a 9-1 victory over Central Perth LL at the Elma Logan Arena
in Monkton on Monday night. The Sailors
dominated the game and by the third period Central Perth’s frustration made
itself known in their aggressive play.
However, the Sailors stood up for each other, matched Central Perth’s
gritty style and continued to control the game.
Grayson O played another strong game in net and almost came away with a shut-out but Central Perth managed to squeak in their lone goal late in the third to get on the scoreboard. See below for the scoring summary. Go Sailors!
