Sailors Beat Lucknow in Game 2
On February 22, 2015, the Goderich Sailors Peewee AE's played host the Lucknow Peewee team in game 2 of their WOAA playoff series.
Goderich came out flying scoring three goals in the first frame. Ethan scored the first goal off a nice feed from Aiden and then Ethan returned the favour 43 seconds later when Aiden scored to give the Sailors a 2-0 lead. In the second period, Joe scored with assists going to Aiden and Eli and then eight minutes later Remi scored with help from Joe and Jack. At the end of two periods the Sailors were up 4-0.
Just a few minutes into the third period, Ethan scored his second goal of the game with help from Eli and Jacob. Just a few minutes later Joe scored his second goal of the game with assists going to Jensen and Adrien. The Sailors finished their scoring when Remi scored his second goal of the game with 6:27 seconds left to play in the game (assisted by Jack). Lucknow was able to sneak a puck by Grayson late in the third but this did not tarnish his awesome play. Grayson stopped 15 of 16 shots.
