Lions PeeWee Rep start Movember with a Victory
The Lions Pee-Wee Rep's hosted Saugeen Shores on Saturday afternoon.
The boys jumped out to a first period lead on a beauty of a rush down the wing
by Ethan H. going top shelf with the assist going to Carter.
Kyler put the Sailors up two goals early in the second with Carter picking up his second assist of the game.
Kyler struck again 4 minutes later with Mark and Kyle picking up the assists on the goal.
The boys now up 3 goals let off the gas a little and Saugeen fought back scoring the next two goals before Mark scored on a wrap around goal to make the score 4-2.
The Sailors would go up 5-2 a minute into the third period with Mark's second goal of the game assisted by Ethan B and Carter.
Saugeen Shores didn't quit and came storming back scoring the next two goals to make it a 5-4 game with 7 minutes left.
With just a little over a minute left Carter scored the insurance goal with Ethan B and Kyle picking up assists.
Final score 6-4.
Jacob was strong in goal and it was a great way to start off a busy November.
The Goderich Lions Pee-Wee Sailors are in action again Tuesday November 5 against Kincardine at the Memorial
Arena at 7 pm.
