Requirements for the 2017-18 Season

Sailors, it is time to get organized for our season!  In order for players and bench staff to be rostered, there are mandatory forms and clinics to be completed prior.  

YOUR LIST:

VSS (Vulnerable Sector Screening): 
Mandatory for all bench staff/on-ice helpers/Board Members/Association Staff.  Must be sent to [email protected] prior to being rostered.

Click on the VSS tab at the top of the GMHI home page for details and links.

Medical Form:
Mandatory for all players.  Must be returned to your team Manager.
Click on the Coaches tab at the top of the GMHI home page.

Code of Conduct Form:
Mandatory for all players/parents/guardians.  Must be returned to your team Manager.
Click on the Info tab at the top of the GMHI home page.

Respect In Sport- Parent Program: Proof of completion must be sent to [email protected] 
Mandatory for one parent of each player.  Click on the Info tab at the top of the GMHI home page.

Respect In Sport- Activity Leader/Coach Program: 
Mandatory for all bench staff.  Proof of completion must be sent to [email protected] prior to being rostered.  

Gender Identity and Gender Expression Clinic:  
Mandatory for all team officials (bench staff). Certification # must be sent to [email protected] in order to be rostered.

The first step in completing the training is to ensure all team officials have an eHockey account, in order to sign up for the required clinic. Those who do not already have an eHockey account can click the following link to sign up: https://ehockey.hockeycanada.ca/ehockey/Account/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fehockey%2f
Once your account has been established, or for those who already have an account, please click on the link below to be directed to the OHF landing page for more information on the training and for course registration (no costs). Team officials once on landing page will access the course registration via the link and then be responsible for registering for the Gender Identity and Expression Course.
