Sailors Face Tough Competition in Playoffs

The Sailors have been matched-up against some tough teams
in their division for playoffs.
After starting the playoffs with a decisive victory against the Blyth
Bulldogs, the Sailors were then matched-up against both BCH Ice Dog teams. Winning their first game 2-0 against
the BCH #1 team, the kids then battled against the BCH #2 team in two extremely
close and exciting games. With BCH
#2 shortening their bench in both games, all the Sailor kids played equal
shifts and all played some very strong hockey – only being beaten by 1 point in
each game.
The second game with the Blyth Bulldogs landed a win for the Sailors with great teamwork by the kids. All the kids have been playing great hockey against some very formidable opponents – let’s keep it up Sailors!
